Kristen Hauss, Hope Hall class of 1995, was married in August and is now Kristen Sekulski. She and her husband purchased a home and are living in Greece. Kristen is the District Administrator for all Radio Shack stores in Rochester and Syracuse. In addition to this, she is attending classes part-time at Bryant and Stratton, working on her Associates Degree in Business. Kristen wrote the following to Sr. Diana and all at Hope Hall, “I am so proud to have been a part of something that is still growing strong. You helped me as well as my brother in more ways than you will ever know.” Kristen, you have made, and continue to make, all of us at Hope Hall very proud too. Your Hope Hall community congratulates you on your marriage and on your wonderful job. We will continue to pray for you as you get your degree. Let us know when we can celebrate that too!
Charisma Sood (Hope Hall class of 2001), started courses at Genesee Community College this fall. She plans to specialize in Early Childhood Education. Her mother wrote to us to say the following, “Charisma used some learning strategies she learned at Hope Hall to complete her midterm exam in this course and scored a B on her exam. She is required to do 30 hours of observation on special education students in this course and is completing that with first graders at Fairbanks Road Elementary, where last year she worked with Kindergarteners. On the days she does not go to work with the children she says she really misses them. Thank you for all you have done for Charisma and the work you will continue to do. It really is making a big difference in the lives of these children.” Thank you, Charisma, for all your hard work. And thanks to your Mom for letting us know how you’re doing!
